Frampton     The OSPREY on Court Lake again today. Also a Hobby, a Goshawk, a Sparrowhawk, six Buzzards, a Grey Wagtail and the adult Yellow-legged Gull on the Sailing Lake. (Simon Spedding/Mike Davis/Nick Goatman/Dave Emery).

Painswick Beacon    This morning 124 Meadow Pipits, 21 Siskins, three House Martins, two Swallows and three REDWINGS. (John Fleming).

Purton     This morning two Redshanks, a Curlew, a Grey Plover and a Grey Heron. Also a Harbour Seal. (Mike Davis).

WWT Slimbridge    From Middle Point at high tide a Grey Plover, 178 Golden Plovers, a Little Stint, c2 Curlew Sandpipers and three Bar-tailed Godwits. (Jonathan Bull/Tim Jukes). In the afternoon from Middle Point 11 Common Cranes on the mud at far side of estuary, 225 Golden Plovers and c250 Dunlins. From Zeiss hide 120 Black-tailed Godwits, six Ruff, c250 Teal and two Kingfishers. Around the grounds five Spotted Redshanks, four Redshanks and a Wood Sandpiper. (Jon Haw).

Forest of Dean    Today at 11am at Cockshoot Wood near Wenchford SO650080 atop tall conifers 3 or 4 Hawfinches. Also a Small Copper butterfly nearby. (Andrew McDermid/Louise Watson).

Lydney     Late morning 40 Canada Geese flew over the garden at Bishops Mead heading towards the lake. (Steve Curtis).
