Cotswold Water Park East     The juvenile PURPLE HERON at Whelford Pools N.R. still today until late afternoon at least from the hide at Pit 111. (Nigel Pleass et al). An OSPREY over Pit 125 at 10:50am. (Duncan Dine/Andy Wiggins).

Cotswold Water Park West     Six Cattle Egrets feeding this afternoon around cows near the Old Railway Line and Pit 201b. (Chris Snook).

Cleeve Hill     At 9:15am two RING OUZELS (1m, 1f) in the scrub in the field below the masts. Also a Raven. (Mike Tranter). A SHORT-EARED OWL late morning, flushed from the slope near the Heather enclosures. (Geoff Fawcett).

Frampton     The OSPREY, the LITTLE GULL and two Great White Egrets still on Court Lake today. (Jonathan Bull/Jeremy Squire/Heather England/Nick Goatman). Also this evening seven Cattle Egrets, 30 Little Egrets, three Grey Herons and four Tawny Owls calling. (Nick Goatman).

Newport     A Swallow over the A38 this morning. (James Robinson).

Elkstone     c300 Golden Plovers over arable fields this morning. (Jamie Warren).

Witcombe Reservoirs     A Ringed Plover and a Goosander flew low over the pools. (Eric Harris/Jeremy Squire).

Epney     A Marsh Harrier flew towards Rodley at dusk over Epney. (Jeremy Squire).

Highnam     A Tawny Owl flew over the garden at 7am and a Red Kite at 3pm. (Clare McLeod).

Westonbirt Arboretum     Two Ravens over the Old Arboretum today and 20+ Siskins. (Megan Adamou).

Charlton Kings     A Raven flew over the garden this morning. (Pete Clifford).
