WWT Slimbridge     A first calendar year WHITE-RUMPED SANDPIPER on the Rushy this morning. A GREAT NORTHERN DIVER from Estuary Tower but took off  and flew downriver. Also a GARGANEY amongst 859 Teal on the Top New Piece. (Martin McGill).

Edge     At Rudge Hill NNR a SHORT-EARED OWL inadvertently flushed at SO846089 at 2:35pm. It flew off downhill towards the Edgemoor Inn. (Ian Elphick).

Chavenage Green     A ring-tail HEN HARRIER hunting over a turnip field for 45 mins before being chased off by crows. Also 60+ Yellowhammers, 160+ Fieldfares and a Red Kite. (Terry Grant).

Stinchcombe Hill     Eight Bramblings around the golf clubhouse early morning. (James Robinson).

Lydney    22 female Goosanders on Lydney Lake today. (Paul Woolams).

Forest of Dean    A male Goosander at Cannop on the top pond. Also two Marsh Tits, several Siskins and two Lesser Redpolls. (Martin Price).
