Kineton     A ring-tail HEN HARRIER this morning feeding in fields off Kineton Hill road, near Cotswold Farm Park, also 250+ Golden Plovers in a recently levelled field and two Stonechats. (Jamie Brown).

Cotswold Water Park East     The juvenile PURPLE HERON still at Whelford Pools N.R. today. (Roy Shilham).

WWT Slimbridge     From Estuary Tower late morning a MERLIN displaced from a post by a Peregrine, 38 Great Black-backed Gulls, 500+ Lapwings, 2000+ Golden Plover over and the Lesser White-fronted Geese with Canada Geese. (Magnus Carter).

Stonehouse     A male MERLIN this afternoon perched on wires near Spring Farm, towards Frocester at midday. (Paul Sutton).

Maisemore     Four Stonechats, 45 Redwings, 11 Long-tailed Tits, a Goldcrest, 14 Goldfinches, two Jays and two Ravens. (John Fletcher).

Hucclecote     A female Sparrowhawk drowned a Feral Pigeon in the garden pond today, then ate it with Magpies pestering it. (Harold Smith).

Gloucester    500+ Jackdaws flew to roost over Linden this evening. (Mo Croose-Johnson).
