WWT Slimbridge From Zeiss hide the SPOONBILL still today. Also 363 Black-tailed Godwits and a Water Rail. On South Lake 44 Avocets and a Great Crested Grebe. (Ian Hull). The DARK-BELLIED BRENT GOOSE with Barnacle Geese on the Dumbles. A report of a Sedge Warbler calling twice at 2:55pm from Zeiss hide in the reed beds in front of the hide. Also reported by someone else along the South Finger hides (no further details). (Ken Heron & Jenny Jones). Two WHOOPER SWANS on the Rushy mid-morning. The Grey Plover still present with the Golden Plovers on the Tack Piece. (Jonathan Bull). A Water Rail from Kingfisher hide. (Dot Jones).

Guscar Rocks/Plusterwine area At high tide today, a Grey Heron, nine Shelducks, four Wigeon, a Buzzard, 11 Snipe, 190 Curlews, four Oystercatchers, seven Redshanks, seven Stock Doves, two Collared Doves, three Wrens, six Goldfinches, two Skylarks, two Ravens, six Meadow Pipits, 12 Redwings, a Fieldfare and 12 Reed Buntings.
