WWT Slimbridge    12 Crossbills SW over the Spinney at 8:50am. A WHOOPER SWAN and 100 Bewick’s Swans on the Rushy. On the Dumbles the juvenile DARK-BELLIED BRENT GOOSE, the Ross’s Goose and three Ringed Plovers. 93 Avocets and a pair of Goldeneyes on South Lake. 15 Cattle Egret early morning on the Long Ground pool. The SPOONBILL on the Top New Piece from Zeiss hide at 1pm, relocating to South Lake viewed from Hogarth hide at 3:15pm. The Snow Goose on Big Pen today. (Martin McGill/Jon Mercer/Paul Clark).

Minsterworth Ham     Minimum counts of 30 Shelducks, 24 Shovelers, 40 Gadwalls, 120 Wigeon, 16 Mallards, 120 Pintails, 100 Teal, 11 Tufted Ducks and ten Coots. Also 12 Lapwings, three Green Sandpipers, a Sparrowhawk, a Raven and a singing Chiffchaff. (Andy Jayne).

Andoversford     A Great White Egret on the River Coln at a private site today. (Terry Fenton).

Forest of Dean     A Hawfinch on Popes Hill bird table at midday along with several Siskins. (Harvey Sherwood). A Red Kite circling SW over Forge Hill, Lydbrook for the third morning running, at 9am. At 2pm, a Red Kite circling at Parkend and a Red Kite over Lydbrook. (Chris Sullivan). Five Red Kites over Parkend together over the cricket pitch today. (per Sharon Croome).

Saul Warth      This afternoon 93+ Curlews, two Shelducks, three Grey Herons, a Kestrel, 20 Meadow Pipits, two Skylarks, 12 Goldfinches and seven Magpies. (MK).

Frampton     A pair of Oystercatchers feeding on the lawn beside the small gravel pit behind Vicarage Lane this morning before flying off towards the Severn. (Sue Spurr).

Cheltenham     Three Cormorants headed E over Pittville Lawn early this morning. (Howard Taylor).

Kingswood     A Little Egret on the roof of Tubbs Factory today. (Tom McCarthy).
