Purton     A drake COMMON SCOTER drifting upriver past Purton on the tide, roughly mid channel at 9:52am. (Francis Steuck). Also seen going upriver past WWT towards Saul Warth. (Jeremy Holland/Dave Paynter/Mike Davis).

WWT Slimbridge     A SIBERIAN CHIFFCHAFF calling along South Finger today. (Martin McGill). A Cetti’s Warbler from Willow hide, a Goshawk at Kingfisher hide, a pair of Oystercatchers around the Tack Piece and c40 Avocets from Zeiss hide. (Paul Sutton).

Alvington    13 Siskins on feeders at Clanna Country Park today. (Paul Woolams).

Twyning     At Upham Meadow five Greylags, 25 Canada Geese, seven Curlews, ten Lesser Black-backed Gulls and ten Herring Gulls, five Skylarks, a female Stonechat and 15 Carrion Crows. (Mike Smart).

Tewkesbury     At Mythe Hook 12 Mute Swans, 40 Canada Geese, two Shelducks, 460 Wigeon, 60 Teal, two Gadwalls, ten Mallards, 77 Pintails, 25 Shovelers, 18 Tufted Ducks, a Great White Egret, three Oystercatchers and at least 60 Stock Doves on higher ground. (Mike Smart).
