Frampton Late afternoon two LITTLE GULLS on Court Lake and 60+ Sand Martins seen from Splatt Bridge, hawking over the 100 Acre. Also a Red Kite near Court Lake and one over Eastington. (Terry Grant). Both LITTLE GULLS still present this evening and c40 Sand Martins. (Richard Williams/Simon Ashley). This afternoon the LITTLE GULL still on Court Lake and a Yellow-legged Gull on the sailing lake. Also around the pools two Herring Gulls, 50+ Black-headed Gulls, three Sand Martins, two Oystercatchers, 35 Tufted Ducks, a Ross’s Goose, six Chiffchaffs, two Blackcaps and a Sparrowhawk. On the flashes from the towpath N of Splatt Bridge two Little Egrets, 14 Gadwalls, 10+ Curlews, 17 Sand Martins, a Kingfisher, four Cetti’s Warblers, seven Chiffchaffs and a Mistle Thrush. (MK).
Saul Warth This morning two Black Swans, first here since 2008, five Mute Swans, a pair of Gadwalls, three Mallards, 17 Shelducks, a pair of Greylags, a pair of Canada Geese, 12 Coots, two Little Egrets and 82 Curlews. Also five Chiffchaffs, four Skylarks and a Blackcap singing in Dunstalls Wood. (MK).

Coln Rogers A Great White Egret and four Snipe today. (Keith Jennings).
Woodchester Park At least ten apparently occupied Grey Heron nests, several with chicks already, in the heronry. Also three immature Cormorants, a Raven, two pairs of Canada Geese and a pair of Greylags. (Mike Smart).
