Purton     This morning a brief WAXWING, an early YELLOW WAGTAIL, 22 Sand Martins, two Rock Pipit amongst 100 Meadow Pipits, three Lesser Redpolls, 15 Siskins, a Redwing, 20 Chiffchaffs and a Willow Warbler. (Francis Steuck).

Coombe Hill Meadows     A Black-tailed Godwit, a Willow Warbler, two Wheatears, a Little Ringed Plover, 45 Tufted Ducks, five Pintails, two Curlews and a Red Kite today. (Ian Hull).

WWT Slimbridge    From Estuary Tower 200+ White-fronted Geese with the probable wild Barnacle Goose, two White Wagtails, a Little Ringed Plover, seven Ringed Plover, a Grey Plover, a 2cy Yellow-legged Gull and 19 Sand Martins. A pair of Kingfishers from Kingfisher hide. 101 Avocets and 310 Black-tailed Godwits on South Lake. On the Rushy the Spotted Redshank and the Green Sandpiper still. Saul Warth     This morning at high tide the first Swallow through, 27+ Sand Martins, a Great White Egret, 25 Shelducks, 20 Wigeon, a pair of Gadwalls, 22 Curlews, seven Redshanks, two pairs of Oystercatchers, a Willow Warbler, three Chiffchaffs, seven Skylarks and seven Common Cranes flew from Awre to WWT. Frampton     From Splatt Bridge early morning, three Great White Egrets, three Little Egrets, two Black Swans, 25+ Shelducks, four Teal, six Gadwalls, 40+ Curlews, two Oystercatchers, four Sand Martins, two Blackcaps, 4+ Cetti’s Warblers, four Chiffchaffs and three Skylarks. This evening around the pools 20 Sand Martins, a Swallow, a Willow Warbler, 24 Chiffchaffs, four Blackcaps, four Cetti’s Warblers, seven Pochards, two Gadwalls, 59 Tufted Ducks, two Mandarins, a Ross’s Goose, nine Barnacle Geese, 17 Greylags, nine Canada Geese, two Siskins and two Oystercatchers. (Nick Goatman). Six male Bullfinches feeding on the blossom at the gravel wash at midday. (Nigel Young).

Berkeley shore     A Wheatear and 19 Turnstones this morning. (Paul Taylor).

Cotswold Water Park West     At Pit 43 a Cetti’s Warbler in the NE corner, dozens of Chiffchaffs and a male Reed Bunting. (Jack Green).

Stanway     This morning two Buzzards, a Green Woodpecker calling, two Great Spotted Woodpeckers drumming, Skylarks and Chiffchaffs singing, a female Bullfinch, a Mistle Thrush and Red Admiral butterflies. (Gill & Andrew Worthington).

Winchcombe     This morning at 7:30am 25 Siskins in the garden. (Gill & Andrew Worthington).

Forest of Dean     A Red Kite circling Ruardean Hill this lunchtime. (Owen Follis).

Churchdown    A Red Kite at Churchdown Hill, over the lower end of the road down from the summit, almost to The Green, at 1:30pm. (Lorraine Besent).
