Cleeve Hill     The first-winter DARTFORD WARBLER still this morning at the heather inclosure but elusive. Please do not enter the heather inclosure. Also four RING OUZELS to the north towards the golf club earlier this morning. (Andy Jayne).

Saul Warth     Early morning two Grey Plovers, 30+ Curlews, a pair of Oystercatchers, three Dunlins, a pair of Gadwalls, 15 Common Gulls, five Skylarks, a Reed Bunting, a Willow Warbler, two Chiffchaffs and a Blackcap. (MK).

Nailsworth     A spectacular midair chase as a female MERLIN chased a Skylark in Chavenage Lane. The outcome was hidden by trees. Later, presumably the same MERLIN was sheltering behind a wall at Barton End. Also two House Martins and three Red Kites. (Terry Grant).

Frampton pools     This evening four Cattle Egrets, five Little Egrets, two Oystercatchers, a Willow Warbler, two Swallows, seven Sand Martins, 24 Chiffchaffs, 12 Blackcaps, six Cetti’s Warbler, a Shelduck, 42 Tufted Ducks, 24 Barnacle Geese and a Ross’s Goose. (Nick Goatman).

Dowdeswell Reservoir     A singing Reed Bunting and a FIRECREST again, a singing Song Thrush and a Raven over. (Tom Mabbett).
