WWT Slimbridge    The WHITE-SPOTTED BLUETHROAT showed again today at Middle Point. It is becoming more reliable but is quite distant and a scope helps gain good views. (James Robinson/Gary Watton/Ian Ralphs/MK).

Didmarton     A WOOD WARBLER singing in Hinnegar Wood today. (Terry Grant).

Tresham     At least two pairs of Yellow Wagtails in roadside fields, and five Red Kites over. (Terry Grant).

Nailsworth     A NIGHTJAR called over the house at Walkley Wood at 10:15pm. (Jon Haw).

Naunton     At Huntsman’s Quarry and surrounding fields today, five Garden Warblers, a Corn Bunting, a Lesser Whitethroat, three Willow Warblers and four Whitethroats. (Jamie Brown).

Aylburton Warth/Guscar Rocks     Two Canada Geese, 16 Shelducks, nine Mallards, two Grey Herons, a Buzzard, three Oystercatchers, 45 Ringed Plovers, 11 Dunlins, two Curlews, four Redshanks, 26 Lesser Black-backed Gulls. Lots of singing Skylarks, a singing Meadow Pipit, two Cetti’s Warblers also singing Whitethroats, Chiffchaff and Reed Bunting. (Mike Smart).
