WWT Slimbridge     The male WHITE-SPOTTED BLUETHROAT singing at Middle Point again today and showing well. Also from Middle Point, a Fox with prey, probably a Moorhen and a female Roe Deer suckling two fawns. Three Great White Egrets and three Little Egrets on the Tack Piece. A female Tufted Duck with 11 ducklings on the Rushy. A paired colour-ringed Avocet with two chicks on the Rushy. Request for info sent. (MK/Ian Hull).

Bourton-on-the-Water     On North pits a pair of Oystercatchers, a Green Woodpecker, a Great Spotted Woodpecker, a Great Crested Grebe with two young, a Tufted Duck with two young and Greylags have had a good year here. (Keith Jennings).
