North Cerney     A QUAIL calling at the top of Chapel Lane at 9:30pm. (Dave Soons).

Chaceley & Deerhurst     QUAIL calling at Chaceley and Deerhurst this evening. (Robin Lewis).

WWT Slimbridge     A WOOD SANDPIPER on the Tack Piece today. Also an Egyptian Goose, five Green Sandpipers and four Little Ringed Plovers. The Spotted Redshank  on the Rushy and later South Lake. (Oliver Paisey/Neil Smart/Dot Jones/Martin Price).

Saul Warth     This afternoon post-high tide everything was distant 25 Black-tailed Godwits, 95+ Curlews, 12 Oystercatchers, 90+ Shelducks, two Little Egrets, two Kestrels, one each of Lesser Whitethroat, Whitethroat, Blackcap and Chiffchaff. (MK).

Haw Bridge     A Hobby hunting Swallows this evening. (Robin Lewis).

Hasfield Ham     Two Grasshopper Warblers reeling in the meadows this evening. (Robin Lewis).

Tirley     A brood of Kestrels and a calling Little Owl this evening. (Robin Lewis).

Walmore Common      Four Whinchats, three Stonechats and five Sand Martins early evening. (Andy Jayne).

Frampton pools    Two juvenile Cuckoos, five Common Terns, an Oystercatcher, 26 Chiffchaffs, 15 Blackcaps, four Whitethroats, three Little Egrets, two Grey Herons, a Sparrowhawk, two Kingfishers, three pairs of Great Crested Grebes all with young. (Nick Goatman).  A Spotted Flycatcher in a dead tree at the end of the path adjacent to the Perry Way at Court Lake. (Nigel Young).

Coombe Hill Meadows     This morning 13 Mute Swans, a Canada Goose, a Teal, 20 Mallards, two Great White Egrets, a Little Egret, a Grey Heron, five Coots, 25 Lapwings, an immature Little Ringed Plover, a Dunlin, song from Sedge and Reed Warbler, Blackcap, Whitethroat and Reed Bunting. (Mike Smart).

Woodmancote     A Marsh Tit in the garden today, the first in 18 years of recording. (John Widgery).
