Saul Warth Early morning at high tide 120+ Curlews, 75+ Avocets, an Oystercatcher, 100+ Dunlins, a Sanderling, 44+ Shelducks, three Grey Herons, a Little Egret, 21 Great Black-backed Gulls (18ads, 3 juvs), eight Cormorants flew N, a Little Owl, a Sedge Warbler, a Lesser Whitethroat, two Blackcaps and two Chiffchaffs. Tewkesbury At Lower Lode brickpits this evening at least 20 Cormorants, four Mute Swans (two adults, two cygnets), 20 Mallards, at least 12 adult Tufted Ducks, including a female with at least six ducklings, an adult Little Grebe with two full grown juveniles, a Grey Heron and five House Martins.
