Painswick     This afternoon 436 Swifts, 474 Swallows, 603 House Martins and 183 Sand Martins moving SW over the Painswick valley, passing over the house, between 2pm and 4:45pm. A Red Kite drifted over at 3:35pm. An immature Green Woodpecker flew through the garden at 7am, into the Rococo Gardens parkland. (John Fleming).

WWT Slimbridge     Two Greenshanks on the Tack Piece today. (Terry Stevenson). Two Spotted Redshanks from the Hogarth hide. Also two juvenile Little Ringed Plovers from Zeiss hide and a fly through Hobby from the Rushy hide. (Warren Gill).

Saul Warth     At high tide at 10am 130+ Dunlins, a Sanderling, 125 Curlews, a Whimbrel, 60 Avocets, 42 Shelducks, 14 Little Egrets, a Common Tern, a Peregrine, three Buzzards, three Kestrels, a Little Owl, a Green Woodpecker, a Chiffchaff and a Lesser Whitethroat. The small waders flew to WWT as tide came in today and did not come close. (MK).

Frampton     From Splatt Bridge 6am-7am at least three Willow Warblers, three Common Cranes headed towards the lakes, a Marsh Harrier, two Kestrels, three Buzzards, a Sparrowhawk, two Little Egrets, a Common Tern and two Kingfishers. (Steve Pullen).

Coombe Hill Meadows     This morning 11 Little Egrets, two Great White Egrets, two Grey Herons, 14 Canada Geese, seven Mute Swans, two Buzzards, a Raven, three Redstarts, two Greenfinches, six Bullfinches and a Small Copper. (Paul Clark). A juvenile Marsh Harrier, a Hobby and a Kestrel this afternoon. (Ian Hull).

Aylburton Warth     This morning birds included 26 Canada Geese, a female Shelduck with six ducklings, 30 Mallard, two Little Egrets, a Grey Heron, a Cormorant, two Oystercatchers, 191 Curlews, five Black-tailed Godwits, two Ravens, six Common Sandpipers, two Skylarks, ten Swallows, a Meadow Pipit, a Yellow Wagtail, two Reed Warblers, a Willow Warbler, 155 Carrion Crows, 15 Linnets and a Reed Bunting. Guscar Rocks     This evening 42 Canada Geese, two Snow Geese, 42 Canada Geese, a female Shelduck with five juveniles and 339 Curlews. (Mike Smart).
