Saul Warth     Early morning two Whinchats, a Nuthatch, rarely seen here, three Common Cranes flew N past Frampton church, four Little Egrets, 41 Curlews, a Ringed Plover, four Dunlins, two Kestrels, a Lesser Whitethroat, ten Chiffchaffs, a Yellow Wagtail heard and five Pied Wagtails, 86 Goldfinches and a Southern Hawker. A Great Crested Grebe family on the canal. (MK).

Elmore Court     In the rewilding area at lunchtime today, on the scrape a juvenile Little Ringed Plover, a Greenshank, two Snipe, 4+ Green Sandpipers, 12 Lapwings, a Great White Egret, three Little Egrets, four Grey Herons, two Whinchats and a Stonechat. (Steve Pullen).

Edge     Around Rudge Hill NNR this afternoon seven Long-tailed Tits, six Chiffchaffs, a Goldcrest, a Buzzard and a Kestrel. (John Fletcher).

Stroud     A Kingfisher on the canal at Bowbridge today. (Paul Sutton).

Ashleworth Ham      Ringing session caught 27 birds including a Lesser Whitethroat, a Whitethroat, a Willow Warbler, six Chiffchaffs, six Long-tailed Tits, two Treecreepers, two Bullfinches and two Reed Buntings.
