WWT Slimbridge    From Middle Point a Wheatear, three SANDWICH TERNS flew upriver at 815am. A Cattle Egret in the Goose House Ground. 15 SANDWICH TERNS flew downriver at 8:55am and three more at 9:42am. A BITTERN from Zeiss hide at 12:09pm. (Ian Hull/Paul Rich). From Zeiss hide 56, 34 and three probable Arctic Terns flew downriver S between 9:09-9:25am and a juvenile LITTLE TERN. (Slimbridge Sightings).

Saul Warth     Early morning at high tide 85+ Curlews, 16 Avocets, two Greenshanks, 52 Ringed Plovers, six Dunlins, a Common Sandpiper, a Teal, five Little Egrets, a MERLIN, a Yellow Wagtail, two Grey Wagtails and 16 Pied Wagtails, 100+ Swallows, a Willow Warbler, two Blackcaps and 10+ Chiffchaffs. Coombe Hill Meadows     A Shoveler, 51 Teal, a Golden Plover, four Snipe, a Greenshank, three Green Sandpipers, three Great White Egrets, seven Little Egrets, a Red Kite, a Peregrine, a Sedge Warbler, a Redstart, two Whinchats, a Wheatear and 200+ Goldfinches in 2 flocks. A Water Rail, a Kingfisher and a Yellow Wagtail heard. (Andy Jayne).
