Saul Warth      This morning two Greenshanks, a Ringed Plover, 54 Curlews, the leucistic Marsh Harrier hunting, a Hobby, a Peregrine, a Kestrel, three Common Cranes, eight Grey Herons, a Little Egret, a Whinchat, oddly singing, three Chiffchaffs, 49 Meadow Pipits and 20 Swallows. (MK).

Halmore     In the woods today many Goldfinches and Chiffchaffs, two Greenfinches, two Chaffinches, several Jays, a Mistle Thrush, two Great Spotted Woodpeckers, two Green Woodpeckers, a Nuthatch, two Treecreepers, two Blackcaps, several Swallows, Rooks, Crows and Ravens over, a Little Egret and a Sparrowhawk over and a Little Owl this evening. Also two Red Admirals and a Comma. (Chris Newton).
