Westbury-on-Severn     A YELLOW-BROWED WARBLER this morning at Westbury Sewage Treatment Works in and around conifers by the filter beds. (Owen Follis).

Dursley     The YELLOW-BROWED WARBLER again along the Cotswold Way at ST74361 97703 today. (per bird news services).

Cleeve Hill    Two SHORT-EARED OWLS this evening at 6:10pm at the top of the valley that leads down to the sheep wash. (Paul Dibden).

Chavenage Lane area     A male MERLIN, flew in high from the N, dropped then continued S at 2:07pm. Also at least 12 Red Kites, 4,000+ Woodpigeons, half of which flew S, 30+ Redwings and 40+ Golden Plovers. (Terry Grant).

Nailsworth     In the Barton end area, a Kestrel, two Buzzards, nine Red Kites, 11 Stonechats, a Raven over and a second calling. (Paul Sutton).

Nympsfield     A Red Kite today. (Paul Sutton).

Kingscote     Six Red Kites today. (Paul Sutton).

Saul Warth     Three Black-tailed Godwits, 76 Curlews, 84 Shelducks, a Little Egret, four Grey Herons, two Kestrels, 26 Linnets, seven Goldfinches, 20+ Meadow Pipits and three Common Darters this afternoon. (MK).

Stonehouse     This morning five Cormorants around and a male Kingfisher and a Little Grebe at the Ocean. (Paul Sutton).
