WWT Slimbridge    21+ Cattle Egrets with the Longhorns, 4+ Stonechats along the Summer Walkway fence. A Great Crested Grebe, a Green Sandpiper and the juvenile SPOONBILL on South Lake. On the Rushy 35+ Snipe and two Spotted Redshanks. (Paul Clark).

Stinchcombe Hill     VisMig included four Hawfinches, seven Bramblings, 100s of Chaffinches and Woodpigeons and a steady movement of Siskins, Linnets and Meadow Pipits and 35 Redwings. (James Robinson).

Painswick Beacon     This morning’s migration watch included six Hawfinches, 104 Chaffinches, nine Bramblings, 179 Redwings, two Fieldfares, 122 Starlings, 55 Linnets, two Stonechats in the hillfort and a Red Kite drifted around late morning. (John Fleming/Nick Earl).

Elmore Court     At the Rewilding area this morning, a Snipe a pair of Gadwalls, six Stonechats, two Bullfinches and 10+ Redwings. (Steve Pullen).

Charlton Kings Common     Early morning a Woodcock flushed and a Chiffchaff. (Chris Furley).

Stonehouse     Along the canal 2/3 Kingfishers, Cormorants over and a Mute Swan territory battle. (Paul Sutton).

Maisemore     This afternoon birds included nine Goosanders, three Mute Swans, two Little Grebes, 267+ Mallards, two Cormorants, 11 Moorhen, four Buzzards, a Peregrine, a Green Woodpecker, a Song Thrush, 13 Fieldfares, three Redwings and three Goldfinches. Also a Red Admiral. (John Fletcher).
