Also today seven White-fronted Geese, 21 Cattle Egrets and the immature SPOONBILL on the Tack Piece. A Little Stint from Estuary Tower. 29 Snipe and two Spotted Redshanks on the Rushy. (Ian Hull/Paul Masters).

Saul Warth     Early afternoon 60 Curlews, four Little Egrets, a Kestrel, 18 Meadow Pipits, five Pied Wagtails, a Mistle Thrush, a Stonechat and masses of corvids and gulls. (MK).

Eastleach Downs     On the organic farm today 14 Corn Buntings, four Grey Partridges, three Stonechats, nine Yellowhammer, a Brambling, a Meadow Pipit, 35+ Linnets and big flocks of Starlings and Goldfinches. (Jamie Brown).

Painswick Beacon     This morning, 115 Redwings, 68 Chaffinches, six Bramblings, 42 Linnets and four Hawfinches. Three Red Kites were drifting around the area. (John Fleming).

Tewkesbury     At Mythe Hook 18 Mute Swans, 200 Greylags, 400 Canada Geese, 420 Wigeon, two Gadwalls, 150 Mallards, 35 Shovelers, six Grey Herons and 55 Lapwings. (Mike Smart).

Lydney     Garden birds included two Long-tailed Tits, ten Goldfinches, three Linnets and a Kestrel. 90 sightings of bats over the garden between 5:10pm and 5:45pm including four  at one time. (Stephen Curtis & Carol Rushton).
