WWT Slimbridge    The drake GREEN-WINGED TEAL from the Van de Bovenkamp hide again today. The Little Stint was on the Rushy this morning with c300 Dunlins and two Ruffs, also the WHOOPER SWAN, a Black Swan and 67 Bewick’s Swans. A Cattle Egret flew in to South Lake at 2:40pm, also a female Goldeneye, a male Mandarin, a Grey Wagtail and a juvenile Peregrine. From Kingfisher hide the Coal Tit, a Treecreeper and 30+ White-fronted Geese. (Paul Masters/Andy Chapman/Jeremy Holland/Greg Mabbett).

Slimbridge     A Peregrine on St John’s Church tower at 9:40am. (Jeremy Holland).

Frampton     The very confiding YELLOW-BROWED WARBLER still at Court Lake N of the jetty today. It is silent and feeding on the ground most of the time. Please give it room to move about and feed. (MK).

Forest of Dean     At Cannop Ponds Wigeons, four Goosanders, Mandarins, three Little Grebes, Coal Tits, a Marsh Tit, Nuthatches and a pair of Dippers. (Mike Davis).

Coombe Hill Meadows     22 Mute Swans, two Canada Geese, a Shelduck, 1000 Wigeon, 2000 Teal, 150 Mallards, 300 Pintails, 200 Shovelers, 37 Tufted Ducks, a Buzzard, ten Coots, ten Black-headed Gulls and a Fieldfare today. (Mike Smart).

Cobney Meadows     A Mute Swan, two Shelducks, a Grey Heron, a Little Egret and ten Fieldfares today. (Mike Smart).

Chedworth     Garden birds today included nine Jackdaws, 16 Woodpigeons, a Coal Tit, seven Long-tailed Tits, a pair of Bullfinches on Marjoram and a Barn Owl hunting through at dusk. The first garden sighting for 2 years. (Harvey Sherwood).

Moreton Valence     A Green Sandpiper flew from a ditch between the church and Parkend today. (Annie Heron).
