Newnham-on-Severn This morning at 9:30am a Ring-necked Parakeet was calling and feeding seemingly on the mistletoe berries in the trees next to the A48 and by the riverside picnic area. It was occasionally flying across into the riverside pine tree. (Jeff Wheeler).
Tewkesbury At Mythe Hook two Mute Swans, 100 Greylags, 150 Canada Geese, 250 Wigeon, 20 Teal, 40 Mallards, ten Pintails, 20 Shovelers, three Tufted Ducks, eight Lapwings, 20 Black-headed Gulls, two Pied Wagtails, 400 Jackdaws and 20 Carrion Crows today. (Mike Smart).
