Berkeley     Seven Shovelers, a Grey Heron and five Moorhens on floods at Berkeley Castle. 43 Mallards, 162 Teal, 32 Wigeon, 34 Shovelers, three Gadwalls, 30 Lapwings, three Grey Herons, a Green Sandpiper and six Snipe on floods next to the bypass. Tewkesbury     At the Nature Reserve today 13 Moorhens, a JACK SNIPE, two Grey Herons, a Little Egret, a MERLIN, 52 Magpies, two Ravens, two Cetti’s Warblers, a Chiffchaff, six Reed Buntings and three Water Rails heard. (Andy Jayne).

North Cerney     Seven very vocal and active Grey Partridges seen from the Dark Lane/White Way crossroad in the field between Dark Lane and Chapel Lane, two more along the bridle path alongside the airfield. A male Stonechat at the crossroads, three Red Kites, two Buzzards and a Raven in the area. (Steve Brown).

Gloucester    Around Plock Court this afternoon, two Chiffchaffs, a Grey Wagtail, ten Pied Wagtails, a Meadow Pipit, a Great Spotted Woodpecker and a Goldcrest. (Jim Northcott).
