WWT Slimbridge     The drake GREEN-WINGED TEAL on South Lake today. Also the SPOONBILL, a pair of Oystercatchers and ten Avocets. Two WHOOPER SWANS and 70+ Bewick’s Swans on the Rushy. 115 White-fronted Geese along South Finger. (Slimbridge Sightings)./Oliver Paisey). The GLOSSY IBIS still in roadside fields today. Naunton     An immature female MERLIN perched up briefly this afternoon. (Duncan Dine).

Maisemore    From Maisemore Bridge along the Three Choirs Way to the pool at SO825204 three Little Grebes, seven Gadwalls, 38 Shelducks, nine Mallards, two Shovelers, 250+ Fieldfares, seven Chaffinches, 21 Starlings, 37 Goldfinches, a Chiffchaff, two Buzzards, three Coots, seven Moorhens, a Grey Heron, two Canada Geese, four Cormorants, 150 Black-headed Gulls, two Mute Swans and three Roe Deer.
