Forest of Dean     A Water Rail out in the open at Soudley Ponds this afternoon. (Angela Carswell).

Witcombe Reservoirs     This morning two Mute Swans, 12 Canada Geese, 236 Mallards, two Teal, 25 Tufted Ducks, two Little Grebes, four Great Crested Grebes, 14 Cormorants including 2 sinensis types, nine Moorhens, 19 Coots, nine Black-headed Gulls, three Herring Gulls, a Lesser Black-backed Gull, a Raven, a Little Owl in the farm orchard and a Roe Deer. Bentham     Two Mute Swans, three Mallards, a Little Grebe, a Moorhen, eight Coots, a female Kestrel and a Mistle Thrush today. (Gordon Avery).

Sheepscombe     From Damsells Cross to the Mill pool area and on to Tocknells Court area along the Painswick Stream two Marsh Tits, two Ravens, two Stock Doves, three Buzzards, a Great Spotted Woodpecker and three Roe Deer. (John Fletcher).
