Aylburton Warth/Guscar Rocks     This morning ten Canada Geese, 12 Shelducks, 87 Wigeon, 20 Teal, a Grey Heron, a Buzzard, five Oystercatchers, 70 Golden Plovers, 270 Dunlins, 510 Curlews, 23 Redshanks, a Turnstone, ten Lesser Black-backed Gulls, five Skylarks, three Meadow Pipits and three Cetti’s Warblers singing. Kempley     A Hawfinch this morning feeding on spilt sunflower hearts in the garden. (Steve Watts).

Newnham-on-Severn     A Hawfinch in the garden for the last three mornings. (David Smith).

Frampton pools     13 Grey Herons in Court Lake reed bed, 15 Little Egrets, two Little Grebes, six Great Crested Grebes, 82 Tufted Ducks, 12 Gadwalls, a Shoveler, an adult Yellow-legged Gull, 38 Cormorants, 26 Stock Doves, 200+ Starlings, 100+ Redwings, 100+ Fieldfares, a Brambling and a Lesser Redpoll. Elmore Court     In the rewilding area this afternoon, six Wigeon and eight Teal on the scrape, also 70+ Greenfinches gathering to roost, 35 Linnets, 20+ Meadow Pipits, four Ravens, two Stock Doves, a Little Egret and 1000+ Starlings heading E. (Steve Pullen).
