WWT Slimbridge On South Lake three Sand Martins, 66 Black-tailed Godwits, six Cattle Egrets and 60+ Avocets. From Estuary Tower two Little Stints on the island. On the Tack Piece an adult SPOONBILL, two WHOOPER SWANS, two Bewick’s Swans and an Egyptian Goose. Frampton On the flashes N of Splatt Bridge a Stonechat, a Marsh Harrier, a Little Egret, 12 Curlews, a Redshank and a SPOONBILL flushed by dog walkers flew towards Saul Warth. At the sailing lake 10+ Reed Buntings, 20+ Linnets and 20+ Chaffinches, a Cetti’s Warbler and two Chiffchaffs sunbathing out of the wind. (MK).
