At Cannop by the Stone Works male and female Siskin, 2+ Coal Tits and a Great Spotted Woodpecker on the feeders. Nearby two Ravens. A Dipper behind the Fountain Inn. (Stephen Curtis & Carol Rushton). At Dean Heritage Centre 15 Mandarins and two Mallards. On Soudley Lower Pond two Little Grebes. At Cannop Ponds two Grey Wagtails, three Nuthatches, three Mute Swans, nine Mandarins, nine Wigeon, three Siskins and a Buzzard. WWT Slimbridge     On South Lake three Sand Martins, 66 Black-tailed Godwits, six Cattle Egrets and 60+ Avocets. From Estuary Tower two Little Stints on the island. On the Tack Piece an adult SPOONBILL, two WHOOPER SWANS, two Bewick’s Swans and an Egyptian Goose. Frampton     On the flashes N of Splatt Bridge a Stonechat, a Marsh Harrier, a Little Egret, 12 Curlews, a Redshank and a SPOONBILL flushed by dog walkers flew towards Saul Warth. At the sailing lake 10+ Reed Buntings, 20+ Linnets and 20+ Chaffinches, a Cetti’s Warbler and two Chiffchaffs sunbathing out of the wind. (MK).
