Frampton     On Court Lake this evening 24 Sand Martins, 27 Fieldfares, two Redwings, 95 Tufted Ducks, 26 Cormorants, 31 Greylags, nine Canada Geese, nine Great Crested Grebes, 12 Shovelers, two Gadwalls, two Teal and 14 Mallards. (Nick Goatman). At the sailing lake a Sand Martin battling into the N wind at 2:23pm. The mixed flock of 10+ Reed Buntings, 20+ Linnets and 20+ Chaffinches, three Pied Wagtails, two Chiffchaffs and a Cetti’s Warbler. On the flashes N of Splatt a Great White Egret, a Little Egret, a Marsh Harrier, two Buzzards and a Curlew. (MK).

Forest of Dean     A FIRECREST at Lydbrook Water Treatment Works at 1:50pm. (Owen Follis).

Coombe Hill Meadows    Five Mute Swans, two Canada Geese, four Shelducks, 80 Wigeon, two Gadwalls, 300 Teal, 40 Mallards, ten Shovelers, four Grey Herons, two Little Egrets, ten Coots, 60 Lapwings, a Snipe, two Lesser Black-backed Gulls, a Common Gull, a Great Spotted Woodpecker drumming, 200+ Woodpigeons, two Pied Wagtails, eight Fieldfares, five Chiffchaffs and two Reed Buntings.
