Frampton pools     This evening a SPOONBILL over, 40+ Sand Martins, a Siskin, four male Shovelers, three Gadwalls, two Little Grebes, six Great Crested Grebes, two Oystercatchers, 31 Greylags, 32 Mute Swans, five Grey Herons, two Blackcaps and five Chiffchaffs. (Nick Goatman).

Aston Magna     A FIRECREST and two Marsh Tits at the fishing ponds today. (Jamie Brown).

Forest of Dean     A female Goosander at Woorgreens and at Parkend, nine Hawfinches (5m, 4f), and a colour ringed (yellow) Dipper on the stream near the Fountain Inn. (Terry Grant). The first Blackcap singing at Forge Hill, Lydbrook at noon. (Chris Sullivan).

Gloucester     At least 30000 Starlings roosting in the Linden area this evening. (Andy Jayne).

Hempsted     A Woodcock at the church late afternoon. (Andy Jayne).

Slimbridge    19 Cattle Egrets this morning between the village and Shepherds Patch at the right angled substation corner in the opposite field. (Roberta Goodall).
