Saul Warth This afternoon ten Shovelers, a pair of Pintails, four Teal, eight Mallards, four Mute Swans and 20+ Coots. On the river 100+ Shelducks and 50+ Curlews. Also a Great White Egret, a Snipe, four Meadow Pipits and a Skylark. (MK).

Witcombe Reservoirs WeBS count today birds included 11 Canada Geese, two Mute Swans, 130+ Mallards, a female Teal, 25 Tufted Ducks, eight Great Crested Grebes, eight Cormorants (including an adult sinensis type), 11 Moorhens and seven Coots.
