Sherborne     A OSPREY this afternoon fishing along Sherborne Brook and likely to roost overnight at least. (Simon Nicholas per Keith Jennings).

Cambridge     Male and female GARGANEY this afternoon on a small pool S of the Cambridge Arms swing bridge, then flew off. (per BirdGuides).

Saul Warth     This morning at high tide 100+ Shelducks, four Avocets, a Bar-tailed Godwit, six Black-tailed Godwits, two Grey Plovers, three Redshanks, two Oystercatchers, 86 Dunlins and 30+ Curlews. On the Warth a pair of Pintails, eight Teal, three Mute Swans, four pairs of Mallards, seven Skylarks, a Meadow Pipit, four Chiffchaffs and a Comma. (MK).

Calmsden     Two Grey Partridges two fields over from the Fosse Cross Household Recycling Centre mid-afternoon. (Les Ditchburn).

Forest of Dean     A Hawfinch back under garden bird feeders this morning in Coleford. (Geoff Fawcett). The first Chiffchaff this afternoon at Forge Hill, Lydbrook. Also a male Brimstone, a Small Tortoiseshell and two Peacocks. (Chris Sullivan).

Hartpury     Three Red Kites, four Buzzards, five Chiffchaffs, seven Greenfinches, a Chaffinch, a Nuthatch, 22 Redwings, a Song Thrush, two Mistle Thrushes, two Goldcrests, a Green Woodpecker, a Great Spotted Woodpecker and four Pied Wagtails today. (Oliver Paisey).

Tewkesbury     At Mythe Hook this morning two Mute Swans, 17 Canada Geese, 70 Wigeon, 21 Teal, 40 Mallards, two Tufted Ducks, a Little Egret, a Great White Egret, a Grey Heron, two Coots, a Moorhen, two pairs of Oystercatchers, two Lapwings, a Snipe, a male Curlew, ringed in mid-Wales, a Redshank, six Stock Doves, two Pied Wagtails, two Ravens and 52 Carrion Crows. At Mitton 90 Wigeon and 30 Teal. (Mike Smart).

Highnam-Over     Along the cycle path a Buzzard, a Grey Heron, two Mute Swans, two Wrens, 2+ Chiffchaffs, four Long-tailed Tits, six Coots, 6+ Goldfinches, a Green Woodpecker and two Ravens. (Clare McLeod).
