Cotswold Water Park East     The drake LESSER SCAUP still on Pit 111 today at Whelford pools. Also a Swallow, three Cetti’s Warblers, a Chiffchaff, four Red Crested Pochards, a Red Kite and two Egyptian Geese. (Ian Sherriffs/Oliver Paisey/Jon Dexter/Don Smith). A WILLOW WARBLER at Pit 111. Sherborne     The OSPREY still today along the Broadwater stream. It caught a fish at 3pm and carried it downstream, past the boathouse and out of sight. Also a Red Kite, a Green Woodpecker, a Great Spotted Woodpecker, a Stock Dove calling, a small flock of Long Tailed Tits and 3/4 Greenfinches singing. (Steve Brown/Richard Price).

Netheridge Farm     14 Chiffchaffs singing at the Barn Owl Centre this morning. (Mark Hobson).

Rodley    67 Fieldfares, 45 Redwings, c400 Starling, 24 Teal, 37+ Pied Wagtails, 12 Lapwings, two Shelducks and a Grey Heron on the flood. (Dan Watson).

Walmore Common     This afternoon 39 Teal, nine Pied Wagtails, four Canada Geese, two Lapwings and a Little Egret. (Dan Watson).

Quedgeley     A Red Kite above the Green Farm area at 8:45am. (Nicki Barker).

Coombe Hill Meadows     Birds today included six Mute Swans, two Greylags, 18 Canada Geese, 12 Shelducks, 160 Wigeon, two Gadwalls, 80 Teal, 30 Mallards, seven Shovelers, two Tufted Ducks, an immature Cormorant, a colour-ringed bird 4Z, ringed at a colony in The Netherlands in early 2024 and seen here last autumn, two Little Egrets, three Grey Herons, four Coots, four Avocets, a pair of Oystercatchers, two Little Ringed Plovers, 12 Lapwings, a Dunlin, a female Ruff flew over, 15 Snipe, a Curlew, two Redshanks, five Skylarks, five Chiffchaffs, 30 Carrion Crows and two Reed Buntings. Haw Bridge East     Two Curlews and a Chiffchaff singing. (Mike Smart).

Cobney Meadows     A Shelduck, 22 Wigeon, 70 Teal, 20 Mallards, three Grey Herons, three alba Wagtails,  70 Fieldfares and ten Redwings today. (Mike Smart).
