WWT Slimbridge     On the estuary 15 KITTIWAKES flew up high and into the murk. (Martin McGill). Six SPOONBILLS on the Tack Piece today. Two Swallows from Knott hide. A Willow Warbler and a Treecreeper at South Finger. 125 White-fronted Geese on the Four Score. 15+ Sand Martins and 75+ Avocets on South Lake. A Bar-tailed Godwit on the Rushy. Cotswold Water Park East     The drake LESSER SCAUP still on Pit 111 today at Whelford pools. Also a Willow Warbler, a Swallow and 30+ Sand Martins. (Tim Salkeld).

Saul Warth     This morning 25 Shelducks, a pair of Gadwalls, a male Goosander flew towards the pools, a Grey Plover, nine Avocets, 10+ Dunlins, 55 Curlews, a Little Egret, 50+ Common Gulls, a Wheatear at last, went straight through, three Chiffchaffs and 20 Fieldfares. (MK).

Frampton    From Splatt Bridge early morning, the resident Mute Swan pair nest building, a Marsh Harrier, a Sparrowhawk, eight Redshanks on the flashes and 20+ Curlews headed inland. At the sailing lake a Willow Warbler a Great White Egret over, 50+ Fieldfares and two Buzzards. (Steve Pullen). At 11am 10+ Swallows, 50+ Sand Martins, 10+ Linnets, 10+ Chaffinches, six Reed Buntings, four Chiffchaffs and three male Blackcaps. (MK). Later 100+ Sand Martins, 19 Chiffchaffs, seven Blackcaps, four Redwings, a Siskin, a male Shoveler, three Gadwalls, 74 Tufted Ducks, 40 Coots, 14 Barnacle Geese, a Ross’s Goose, 14 Canada Geese, 20 Greylags, 17 Cormorants and 14 Mute Swans. Dowdeswell Reservoir     A Firecrest this morning. (Jeremy Holland).

Fosse Cross/Calmsden area     Two Grey Partridges at SP05765 08981 today. (Roger Gillespie).

Chedworth     A male Stonechat on the airfield today. (Roger Gillespie).

Coombe Hill Meadows     A leucistic Lapwing, five Little Egrets, a Great White Egret, two Avocets, a Little Ringed Plover, Redshanks, two Oystercatchers, a singing Blackcap and a Treecreeper. (Keith Colcombe). Also this afternoon 4+ Buzzards, five Curlews, 24 Lapwings, three Shovelers, four Grey Herons, six Chiffchaffs, two Ravens, two Treecreepers, a Brimstone and a Peacock. Epney     Five Curlews and three pairs of Teal on the sands just S of the Anchor Inn this morning. (MK).

Aylburton Warth/Guscar Rocks     13 Canada Geese, 43 Shelducks, 53 Wigeon, 12 Teal, four Mallards, two Cormorants, three Grey Herons, a Red Kite, two pairs of Oystercatchers, two Ringed Plovers, 30 Golden Plovers, 189 Curlews, 37 Redshanks, ten Lesser Black-backed Gulls, 10+ Skylarks, two Meadow Pipits, a Pied Wagtail, a female Stonechat, a Cetti’s Warbler and four Chiffchaffs today. Cleeve Hill      Two Red Kites and lots of Skylarks singing this afternoon. (Keith White).

Malswick    Three Red Kites with a Buzzard over the B4215 this afternoon. (Barry Nicholson).

Stonehouse     In the garden a Chiffchaff, a female Blackcap most of the day today, a male yesterday and a Brimstone and a Comma. (Paul Sutton).
