Coombe Hill Meadows This evening 11 Teal, two Avocets, a Common Sandpiper, a Lesser Black-backed Gull, two Oystercatchers, three Mute Swans, five Pied Wagtails, two Canada Geese, four Wigeon (3m, 1f), two Grey Herons, a pair of Shovelers, four Shelducks, two Great White Egrets, two Whimbrels, six Curlews, a Redshank, 12 Mallards, 12 Carrion Crow, Linnet, Sedge Warbler, Reed Bunting and Whitethroat heard, 6+ Sand Martins, 6+ House Martins and 50+ Swallows over the Long Pool.
