WWT Slimbridge     A Grasshopper Warbler reeling in the hedge/scrub below Estuary Tower this morning. A SPOONBILL and a White Wagtail on the Tack Piece. (Roberta Goodall). A Cuckoo calling near the Estuary Tower walkway at 10:55am. (Tim McGrath). Later it or another was calling near Kingfisher hide. (Steve Pullen).

Frampton pools     This evening the drake RING-NECKED DUCK had relocated to the sailing lake. Around the pools two Whitethroats, a Common Sandpiper, three Reed Warblers, a Willow Warbler, 29 Chiffchaffs, 34 Blackcaps, 50+ Sand Martins, five Swallows, a House Martin, two Oystercatchers, three Mandarins, 16 Gadwalls, 46 Tufted Ducks and 21 Mallards. (Nick Goatman). A very showy Cetti’s Warbler between the sailing lake and Vicarage Lane. (Richard Cawsey).

Highnam Wood     This evening 2-3 Nightingales singing, also a Fieldfare calling overhead. (Tim McGrath/Steve Rickard).

Elmore Court     A SHORT-EARED OWL hunting in the rewilding area this evening. (Andy Jayne).

Chedworth     Five Wheatears and a male Whinchat today. (Steve Rickard).

Hasfield Ham     Along Stank Lane birds included a Yellow Wagtail, seven Redstarts, two Curlews, a Sedge Warbler, at least eight Whitethroats, a Willow Warbler, at least seven Chiffchaffs, three Treecreepers, two pairs of Bullfinches, six Reed Buntings, two Ravens and five Skylarks. Leigh Meadows     Two male Whinchats today along the River Chelt. Also a male Wheatear. On Tuesday a Whimbrel at Haw Bridge East. (Dan Gornall).

Saul Warth     At low tide this morning 90 Shelducks, two Avocets, nine Bar-tailed Godwits, eight Curlews, 12 Dunlins, two Oystercatchers, 100+ Sand Martins, two Whitethroats, two Chiffchaffs and a pair of Reed Buntings. (MK).

Ebworth     Seven Wheatears along the Ebworth drive this evening. (Tom Griffin).

Coombe Hill Meadows     This morning a pair of Greylags, two pairs of Canada Geese, a pair of Shelducks, two Teal, 30 Mallards, three Great White Egrets, four Grey Herons, a Coot, two Oystercatchers, eight Avocets, eight Lapwings, two Snipe, a distant Curlew bubbling, four Redshanks, a Common Sandpiper, a Cuckoo, a Yellow Wagtail, four Redstarts, five Sedge Warblers, a Whitethroat, two Blackcaps, four Chiffchaffs, five Carrion Crows and two Reed Buntings. Dowdeswell Reservoir    A Common Sandpiper, a pair of Great Crested Grebes, four Moorhens and the first Reed Warbler in the reedbed. (Tom Mabbett).

Twyning    Curlews on Abbotts Court Farm across the fields and down to the River Avon daily over the last 2 weeks. (Kate Sammels).

Edge    A singing Willow Warbler on Rudge Hill this evening and two Swallows through. (Jon Dexter).

Gloucester     A Red Kite drifted quite low across Tuffley Lane at 1:10pm. (Ian Elphick).
