Ashleworth Ham Along Stank Lane birds included Whitethroat, Lesser Whitethroat, Willow Warbler, Chiffchaff, Bullfinch, Reed Bunting, Redstart, Red Kite and two Curlews today. (Les Ditchburn).
Frampton Early morning from Splatt Bridge towpath, a Great White Egret, a Little Egret, a Redshank, 11 Sand Martins, 12 Swallows and a Great Spotted Woodpecker. On the sailing lake a Black Swan, 100+ Sand Martins, four House Martins, a Swallow and lots of warblers including two Cetti’s Warblers. (MK). A Hobby over Court Lake and 20+ House Martins at 1pm. Halmore Birds around the woods today included a pair of Bullfinches, a singing Garden Warbler, several singing Willow Warblers and Blackcaps, a Nuthatch, a Green Woodpecker, a male Reed Bunting, three Swallows, a pair of Shelducks and a pair of Egyptian Geese by a pond. (Chris Newton).
