WWT Slimbridge      The male WHITE-SPOTTED BLUETHROAT showing on and off in the reedbeds at Middle Point from the Shepherds Hut today. A Little Ringed Plover on South Lake and the GLOSSY IBIS from Zeiss hide. (Slimbridge Sightings).

Frampton     Around the pools seven Common Terns, eight Shelducks, three Oystercatchers, two Ravens, two Spotted Flycatchers, a Kingfisher, two Bullfinches and breeding Starlings. (MK).

Roel Gate     This evening, Skylarks singing, two male Yellowhammers, a House Martin, a Buzzard and a possible Corn Bunting. (Andrew & Gill Worthington).

Ashleworth Ham     During a ringing session 22 birds caught including two Sedge Warblers, ten Whitethroats, a Lesser Whitethroat, a Chiffchaff and a Reed Bunting. On the reserve 60 Mallards, a Grey Heron, a Curlew bubbling, a Cuckoo, a Great Spotted Woodpecker with young, a Swallow, Redstarts, Sedge Warblers, Blackcaps, Whitethroats, Lesser Whitethroats, Chiffchaffs, a Willow Warbler and Reed Buntings all singing.
