Hawling     A juvenile White-tailed Eagle today. It has a tracker. It was being harassed by a Red Kite, Buzzard and a Crow. (Chris & Phil Andrews).

WWT Slimbridge     The male WHITE-SPOTTED BLUETHROAT showing on and off in the reedbeds at Middle Point from the Shepherds Hut today. Also 101 Ringed Plovers, six Grey Plovers, six Dunlins, three Curlews and eight  Sanderlings on the mudflats. Two SPOONBILLS on the Top New Piece. (Slimbridge Sightings).

Cleeve Hill     East of the trig point a male Stonechat, a Raven and a Willow Warbler. At the dew pond a Whitethroat and a Broad-bodied Chaser. In the masts butterfly reserve a singing Song Thrush and a Willow Warbler. Butterflies included Marsh Fritillary, Small Blue, Small Heath and Common Blue. Also Six-spot Burnet, Common Heath and Chimney Sweeper moths. (Keith White).

Purton     A SPOONBILL on the river this evening. (Andy Jordan).

Frampton     At Splatt Bridge early morning, a Cuckoo showing well at the edge of a reedbed. (Steve Pullen).
