WWT Slimbridge     Two SPOONBILLS on the Top New Piece from Zeiss hide and 132 Avocets on South Lake. (Dot Jones/Jeanne Vitkovskis).

Coombe Hill Meadows     Eight Mute Swans, 2+ Greylags, two Shovelers, two Gadwalls, a Shelduck, 106 Mallards, two Redshanks, 28 Lapwings, a pair of Oystercatchers with two chicks, a Curlew, eight Coots, four Moorhens, four Grey Herons, a Great White Egret, two Little Egrets and two Cuckoos apparently parasitising a Sedge Warbler nest. Ashleworth Ham     Two pairs of Greylags with 13 goslings, two Canada Goose, 57 Mallards, a Grey Heron, a Moorhen, a Skylark, a Yellow Wagtail, three singing Redstarts, several singing Sedge Warblers, Blackcaps, Whitethroats, Chiffchaffs, Reed Buntings and a Willow Warbler. (Mike Smart).

Cobney Meadows     A Mute Swan, ten Canada Geese, 60 Mallards, a Grey Heron, a adult Moorhen and chick, three Skylarks and two Redstarts. (Mike Smart).

Leigh Meadows     Three Mallards, a Moorhen, a Curlew, three Skylarks, two pairs of Yellow Wagtails, two Whitethroats and two Reed Buntings. (Mike Smart).
