WWT Slimbridge     The male WHITE-SPOTTED BLUETHROAT still in the reedbeds at Middle Point from the Shepherds Hut today. Also c20 Sanderlings and c20 Dunlins. (Paul Masters). Four Mediterranean Gulls on South Lake today. (Peter Coslett/Barry Dursley/Dot Jones/Oliver Paisey).

Saul Warth     Late morning at high tide 40 Shelducks, 12 Curlews, two late Whimbrels, 12 Dunlins, 12 Oystercatchers (1 juv), four Whitethroats (1 juv), a Chiffchaff, a Blackcap, four Swallows, two Skylarks, a male Reed Bunting and a hatch of Small Tortoiseshells. (MK).

Forest of Dean     In the Crabtree Hill area a pair of Crossbills, two Wood Warblers, a Whitethroat, a Tree Pipit and a Stonechat. (Geoff Fawcett).

Cassey Compton     A Barn Owl alongside the road from Compton Abdale at 7:15am. In the vicinity of the hamlet three Red Kites, three Buzzards, a male Kestrel, a Great Spotted Woodpecker, a Jay, two Cormorants, a Grey Heron, a Stock Dove and singing birds including a Tree Pipit, a Redstart. a Yellowhammer and several Linnets. Also three Roe Deer. (Steve Brown).
