WWT Slimbridge     The male WHITE-SPOTTED BLUETHROAT still in the reedbeds at Middle Point from the Shepherds Hut today. (Richard Williams/Roberta Goodall).

Frampton pools     Around the pools the first young Tawny Owl out, five Cattle Egrets, two Spotted Flycatchers, the third brood of Great Crested Grebe chicks, a Raven with two young, a male Yellowhammer singing, a Barn Owl, five Common Terns, a male Goldeneye, 10+ Swifts and an Oystercatcher with three chicks. Forest of Dean    At Edgehills this morning Stonechats, Garden Warblers, Willow Warblers, Linnets, a Red Kite, a family party of Crossbills and two Tree Pipits. (Rachel Thomas).
