WWT Slimbridge    From Middle Point a SANDWICH TERN and an ARCTIC TERN in the estuary this morning. From Estuary Tower 69 Dunlins, ten Ringed Plovers and 28 Sanderlings. The male WHITE-SPOTTED BLUETHROAT still in the reedbeds at Middle Point from the Shepherds Hut today. Three Mediterranean Gulls on the Rushy. One of the gulls is Irish ringed. Frampton     At Court Lake this evening nine Cattle Egrets, 80+ Swifts, 50+ Sand Martins, 20+ House Martins, a few Swallows, a pair of Spotted Flycatchers and four Ravens. (Nick Goatman).

Saul Warth     At high tide early afternoon three Mediterranean Gulls on plough behind the sewage works, 36 Shelducks, seven Oystercatchers, three Curlews, 30 Dunlins, a male Marsh Harrier, a male Kestrel, four Stock Doves, two Skylarks and two Linnets. (MK/Les Ditchburn).

Forest of Dean     A brood of fledged Hawfinches in Crabtree woods today. (Rob Husbands).

Daglingworth     A Hobby around for much of the afternoon, also three singing Corn Buntings and many Skylarks. (Andrew Morrison).

Newnham-on-Severn     A Spotted Flycatcher in the garden this morning. (David Smith).

Cotswold Water Park West     At Shorncote Reedbeds this evening birds included a Mute Swan pair with six cygnets, a pair of Shelducks with two ducklings, a Cuckoo, a Kestrel, a Grey Heron, a Great White Egret, a Common Tern, a Chiffchaff, a Blackcap, a Reed Bunting, ten Swifts, a Reed Warbler, a Sedge Warbler, two Garden Warblers, a Cetti’s Warbler and a Whitethroat.
