Painswick     A QUAIL in flight from the small orchard/pond in vegetable gardens at the Rococo Gardens over the hedge beside the maze and into long grass at 11am. (Jeremy Holland).

WWT Slimbridge    The male WHITE-SPOTTED BLUETHROAT still in the reedbeds at Middle Point from the Shepherds Hut today. Also a SPOONBILL on South Lake and three Mediterranean Gulls on the Rushy. A Spotted Redshank reported from Zeiss hide. (Oliver Paisey/Terry Stevenson).

Gloucester     At Horsebere Brook this afternoon a pair of Yellow Wagtails still. (Simon Hart).

Frampton pools    This morning a Common Tern, an Oystercatcher, a Great Crested Grebe, Whitethroats with young, a Chiffchaff, a Skylark, Stock Doves and Linnets. (Jon Dexter).

Coombe Hill Meadows     12 Canada Geese, 220 Mallards, a Gadwall, two Curlews, ten Lapwings, five Redshanks, three Oystercatchers, six Coots, six Moorhens, two Great White Egrets, two Little Egrets and six Grey Herons. (Ian Ralphs).

Ashleworth & Hasfield Hams     16 Greylags, 60 Mallards, a Grey Heron, two Moorhens, three Curlews, five Skylarks, two Sedge Warblers, three Whitethroats, two Blackcaps and three Reed Buntings. (Shaun Curtis/Mike Smart).

Cobney Meadows     Two Mute Swans, nine Canada Geese, 60 Mallards, a Grey Heron, four Sand Martins and two Yellow Wagtails.

Leigh Meadows     Nine Mallards, a Grey Heron, a Yellow Wagtail, a Reed Warbler, two Sedge Warblers, 50 Carrion Crows, five Linnets and five Reed Buntings. (Shaun Curtis/Mike Smart).
