WWT Slimbridge    The male WHITE-SPOTTED BLUETHROAT still in the reedbeds at Middle Point from the Shepherds Hut today. A Spotted Redshank and 114 Avocets on South Lake. (Ian Hull).

Over Canal     This afternoon a Kingfisher, a Buzzard, 3+ Chiffchaffs, a Green Woodpecker, two Reed Buntings, 6+ House Martins and five Cormorants. Also two Hairy Dragonflies, 8+ Emperors, 6+ Four-spotted Chasers and a Scarce Chaser. (Paul Clark).

Frampton     This morning a Spotted Flycatcher at the end of the wooded area along side the Perry Way N of Court Lake. (Nigel Young).

Aylburton Warth/Guscar Rocks     WeBS count today 21 Shelducks, four Grey Herons, an Oystercatcher, 15 Curlews, 21 Redshanks, 15 Herring Gulls, two Buzzards, ten Skylarks, two Meadow Pipit, three Reed Warblers, two Whitethroats, a Lesser Whitethroat, a Chiffchaff, three Ravens, 200 Carrion Crows and two Reed Buntings. Walmore Common     12 Mallards, a Grey Heron, two Buzzards, a male Yellow Wagtail, two Reed Warblers, a Sedge Warbler, a Blackcap, a Chiffchaff and two Reed Buntings. (Mike Smart).
