WWT Slimbridge     The male WHITE-SPOTTED BLUETHROAT still in the reedbeds at Middle Point from the Shepherds Hut. A Green Sandpiper on the Rushy, Garganey from Zeiss hide, a Spotted Redshank a Common Tern and an adult summer Mediterranean Gull on South Lake. (Mark Coller/Tim Jukes/Dot Jones).

Epney     Six Great White Egrets loafing on an island S of the Anchor at Epney at 11am. Also two Little Egrets and a Grey Heron. At 1:30pm seven Great White Egrets but nearer to Framilode and 50+ Sand Martins around the seawall colony by the Anchor. (MK).

Cotswold Water Park East     Three Green Sandpipers and a Great White Egret at Pit 132 this morning. (Paul Rich).

Forest of Dean     At Bishops Mead, Lydney garden birds this morning included a Red Kite, a Raven, a Whitethroat heard, two Greenfinches and ten Goldfinches. (Stephen Curtis & Carol Rushton).
