WWT Slimbridge    On the Tack Piece this morning four Green Sandpipers. Two Spotted Redshanks, six Ruff, 62 Black-tailed Godwits and 80 Avocets with four chicks on South Lake. A leucistic Lapwing in a flock of 75, ten Avocets, 15 Curlews, a Dunlin, a Bar-tailed Godwit and two Little Egrets from Middle Point. A Great White Egret from Zeiss hide. This afternoon an adult Mediterranean Gull on the Rushy. (Dot Jones/Oliver Paisey/Paul Masters/Andy Chapman/Mark Dowie/Ian Ralphs/Martin Price/MK). Forest of Dean     In the Woorgreens and Crabtree Hill area this morning three female Mandarins, a Stonechat, a Tree Pipit, a Redstart, three Green Woodpeckers, 50 House Martins and a flock of 30 Crossbills. (Richard Cawsey/Frank Williams).

Longney Crib     This afternoon four Little Egrets, two Grey Herons, eight Canada Geese, two Stonechats, two Sedge Warblers, two Linnets, five House Martins, two Swallows and a Buzzard. (John Fletcher).

Tewkesbury     On Severn Ham early morning a Grey Heron, two Oystercatchers, 20 Lesser Black-backed Gulls, two Common Terns, two Skylarks, a Sedge Warbler, three Blackcaps, a Whitethroat, seven Chiffchaffs and a Peregrine on the Abbey Tower. (Mike Smart).

Coombe Hill Meadows      The Grundon hide now open again, and the boardwalk repaired but the scrapes are dry. Three Canada Geese, six Greylags, 160 Mallards, a Great White Egret, a Little Egret, seven Grey Herons, a Coot, ten Moorhens, four Oystercatchers, six Lapwings, two Green Sandpipers, a Sedge Warbler, 500+ Jackdaws, 50 Carrion Crows, seven Linnets and three Reed Buntings. Bourton-on-the-Water     The escaped Scarlet Ibis that was in the Fairford area and has been wandering the east of the county since at least last November was at Bourton North Pits today and also at Cotswold Carp Farm Campsite today https://x.com/nick_westmacott/status/1941169967011131397 (per Keith Jennings).
