WWT Slimbridge     Seven restless BEARDED TITS towering and making flights high across the Dumbles early this morning. Also a BITTERN at Zeiss hide early morning and the male WHITE-SPOTTED BLUETHROAT still in the reedbeds at Middle Point. (Martin McGill/Oliver Paisey).

Broadoak     Three Ring-necked Parakeets in Hawkins Lane again at midday. (Mark Dowie).

Winchcombe     From the road bridge over the River Isbourne at Riverside, an adult Grey Wagtail seen feeding a fledged juvenile. (Peter Rodgers). In the garden today, 12+ Long-tailed Tits, a Greenfinch and Goldfinches. Also numerous Large and Small White butterflies and a Gatekeeper. (Gill Worthington).

Bishops Cleeve     For the 8th year running Green Woodpeckers have been successful rearing young, with two juveniles this year. (Alan McIlquham).
