Broadoak     An OSPREY on the river today. ((Steve Jayne per Andy Jayne).

Longlevens    A Ring-necked Parakeet heard near the church just before 6am this morning. (Andy Jayne).

WWT Slimbridge     BEARDED TITS heard from Zeiss hide today but not seen. The SPOONBILL on the river again. (Oliver Paisey). Three Green Sandpipers on the Rushy and two more from Robbie Garnett hide. (Dot Jones). Two Spotted Redshanks on South Lake. (Ian Hull). The male WHITE-SPOTTED BLUETHROAT still in the reedbeds at Middle Point showing on and off. (Ian Ralphs).

Saul Warth     Between 6:30-9:30am three Grey Herons, four Little Egrets, a Great White Egret, 120+ Avocets, 57 Curlews, three Black-tailed Godwits, 15 Oystercatchers, 28 Shelducks (20 juvs), 20+ Swallows, a House Martin, eight Whitethroats, five Chiffchaffs, two Reed Warblers and six Pied Wagtails. Also a Roe Deer in the river off of Awre Point, three Common Blues, 10+ Gatekeepers, a Black-tailed Skimmer and an Emperor. (MK).

Elmore Court     In the rewilding area this morning, four Stonechats (2ad, 2juvs), eight Reed Warblers, four Sedge Warblers, four Reed Buntings, two Ravens and a Buzzard over. Large numbers of butterflies including Brown Argus and Painted Ladies. (Steve Pullen).

Forest of Dean     At Wenchford a Spotted Flycatcher and a Marsh Tit and good numbers of Golden-ringed Dragonflies along the track between the entrance and the old weir. (Dan Watson). This morning four Swifts at Forge Hill, Lydbrook. (Chris Sullivan).
