WWT Slimbridge     27 COMMON SCOTERS distantly on the river at high tide. The BITTERN from Van de Bovenkamp hide this morning and showing well. Six Little Ringed Plovers and a Great White Egret from Robbie Garnett/Stephen Kirk hides. The SPOONBILL again from Zeiss hide. A juvenile WOOD SANDPIPER on the Rushy Lower Pond. A Tundra Bean Goose of unknown origin on South Lake this afternoon. Also two adult Mediterranean Gulls and a Spotted Redshank. Saul Warth     At high tide 27 distant COMMON SCOTERS, 35 Shelducks, 105 Avocets, seven Oystercatchers, 53 Curlews, three Bar-tailed Godwits, two Black-tailed Godwits, a Greenshank, 446 Black-headed Gulls, just six juveniles, six Little Egrets, four Grey Herons, a Kestrel, two Sand Martins and ten Swallows. Sharpness     The 27 COMMON SCOTERS drifted past SARA at 3:25pm. Also two Turnstones, four Common Terns, a Red Kite, a Buzzard, a Sparrowhawk, 13 Redshanks, a Lapwing, two Oystercatchers, two Common Gulls and two Curlews. (Oliver Paisey).

Newnham-on-Severn     A Great White Egret with six Grey Herons and three Little Egrets on the river this evening. (Dan Watson).

Sandhurst     Ten Gadwalls, two Red Kites, a Sparrowhawk, a Kestrel, a Hobby, a Tawny Owl, two Kingfishers, two Nuthatches, three Treecreepers, three Spotted Flycatchers and three Yellowhammers. Also a Southern Hawker. (Andy Jayne).

Elmore Court     This evening in the rewilding area 11 Stonechats, nine Skylarks, 60+ Goldfinches, five Whitethroats, a Sedge Warbler, two Swallows, a Green Woodpecker, a Great Spotted Woodpecker, two Buzzards, a Sparrowhawk and a Kestrel caught a vole. (John Fletcher/Andy Jayne).
